Collector’s Quality Assurance

We understand that collectors place a high value on receiving items in pristine, display-quality condition. We take great care when inspecting, packaging, and preparing collectible products for shipment to help ensure they leave our facility in the best possible condition.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, however, handling and transportation are outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that packaging, boxes, cards, or other collectible materials will arrive in flawless or mint condition.

Damage that occurs during transit is considered shipping damage and is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange from KLOWDZ. If a shipment is damaged while in the carrier’s possession, the customer is responsible for filing any applicable shipping or insurance claim directly with the carrier.

Collectibles Return Policy

Due to the collectible nature of these products and fluctuations in market value, all collectible purchases are final sale, whether purchased in-store or online.

This policy includes, but is not limited to, figurines, action figures, limited-edition merchandise, trading collectibles, and other products designated as collectibles.

Collectibles are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for changes in market value, buyer’s remorse, packaging preferences, or minor cosmetic imperfections.

If a return is specifically authorized by KLOWDZ as an exception to this policy, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by KLOWDZ.
