Final Sale – Consumable Products
For health and safety reasons, all consumable products are final sale.
Consumable items include, but are not limited to:
- E-liquids
- Disposable vapes
- Pods
- Coils
- Nicotine products
No refunds or returns will be issued on consumable items once purchased.
Defective Disposable Devices
- Defective disposable devices may be exchanged only, not refunded.
- The device must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
- Exchange is limited to the exact same product (same brand, model, and flavor).
- The device must be inspected and verified as defective by staff.
- Normal wear, misuse, or low battery performance does not qualify as a defect.
Glass Products
- All glass must be inspected before leaving the store or upon delivery.
- Once the customer leaves the store or the package is accepted, all glass sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for broken glass.
Non-Consumable Products
Non-consumable items may be returned for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Return is requested within 7 days of purchase
- Item is unused
- Item is unopened and sealed in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Online Orders & Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any damage caused after delivery acceptance is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Age & Legal Compliance (Texas)
- All purchases are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Texas law.

Right to Refuse Returns
